Razanac
Razanac is small fisherman village cca 20 km North East from
Zadar. It is still relatively undiscovered by tourists. That fact makes
it a perfect spot for truly relaxing vacation. Hundreds of coves and
bays give you an opportunity to enjoy privacy. Water in Podvelebit
Channel is refreshing and pristine. Blue sea and skies create a perfect
frame for natural beauty of the mountain on the opposite side.
Through the summer people from nearby villages bring their products to
offer on local farmer's market. Fresh sea food and fish are available
during the whole year.
Sea bottom of Podvelebit Channel is abundant with different forms of
under-water life.
During your visit it would be a shame not to visit medieval town Nin,
Cathedral in Sibenik, newly restored Trogir, Diocletian Palace in Split
and lovely monuments on Zadar peninsula.
In close vicinity of Razanac there are five National Parks and two Parks
of Nature.

Villa Bor (Villa Pine tree) is located in peaceful and idyllic part of the village. This new villa is closely positioned to the restaurants, cafes and shops. Main beach covered with glittering pebbles is just few minutes away walking distance. Amazing sea side views are directed toward National Park Paklenica and Park of Nature Velebit. Spacious terrace surrounds the villa. It can be used for multiple purposes. There is a small grill available whenever guests are ready to try fresh local fish and vegetables.
In front of the villa there are four parking spaces.

There are two apartments for rent in the villa. Three bedroom apartment with living room with TV and VCR, fully equipped kitchen with dishes and utensils to prepare and serve food for 8 people and three fully furnished bathrooms with showers is located on the first floor and has beautiful view to the sea and largest Croatian mountain Velebit on one side and on Mediterranean pine wood trees from another side. This apartment has three balconies.
Total floor area is approximately 100 sqm. Capacity of this apartment is 7 + 1 persons.Studio apartment on ground floor has one bedroom, fully furnished and equipped kitchenette, living room with dining area and bathroom with shower. Capacity of this apartment is 3 + 1, floor area is approximately 30 sqm.
